News Letter. We hope to keep you abreast of

currant events, scheduled meetings, and reports

from our President and Board of Directors.

Annual Meeting:

Roger and Annett are just getting settled in their new home, and a nice looking home it is.

   Our annual meeting was held on May 25, 2002 attendance was good. Elections were held and officers were seated. Joe Kellerman was re-elected president, Mike Zinser was re-elected vice president, Chuck Ballard re-elected board member and Harold Small re-elected Secretary and Treasurer.

   Our officers have done a terrific job in the past year and we are fortunate to have them in the coming year.

Discussions:
    *Discussed school buses coming into the community, a majority vote decided to continue to allow buses to come in.
   *Discussed insurance rate increases
   *Minor repairs are to be made to the road and the run-off ditch will have to be cleaned out in the future
   *Prices for 6' chain link fence to cut down on walk through traffic from adjoining community.
   *Some dues for this year have not been paid as of yet.
   *Agreed to install another light at the front gate.
   *Discussed possibility of street lights in the dark areas, no decision was made
   *New residents were welcomed
   The meeting was adjourned

Annual Dues, 2002:
Our annual dues are due by January 1, of each year. Thank you for your support.

Gate Maintenance:
A new gate was purchased and installed in September. The gate was quite expensive and we need the co-operation of all residents to make sure the gate is not abused. The hours of operation are from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
